Applies Mind Break (-1 Will for 2T) to all units in 3x3 area. Makes enemies vulnerable to psionic damage.
The first PSI attack received each turn deals 0 damage. Provides strong defense against enemy casters.
Tactical Tips
Debuff Combo
Mind Disrupt applies -1 PSI (2T) reducing enemy caster damage. Psychic Break applies -1 Will in AOE, making targets vulnerable to PSI damage from your entire team.
AOE Will Reduction
Psychic Break hits 3x3 area with -1 Will debuff. Use on grouped enemies to amplify damage from Pyromancer, Sprite, or your own Mind Disrupt.
Target Priority
Target units with low/no Will first—Berserker (0), Archer (0), Sprite (0) take full PSI damage. Mind Break makes even high-Will targets vulnerable.
Psionic Shield Advantage
First PSI attack each turn deals 0 damage. This makes Mentalist strong in PSI vs PSI matchups. Position to bait enemy caster attacks.

Strong Against
- Low Will units: Berserker (0 Will) takes full PSI damage—2-3 shots
- Enemy casters: Mind Disrupt reduces enemy PSI damage; Psionic Shield blocks first hit
- Physical teams: Most physical units have low Will, Psychic Break makes them vulnerable
Weak Against
- High Will units: Units with high Will resist PSI damage significantly
- Physical burst: 3 HP, 0 Armor makes Mentalist fragile to melee/ranged
- Multiple attackers: Psionic Shield only blocks first PSI attack per turn
