- Does not stack - only one instance active
- Consumed when target uses any ability
Tactical Impact
- Action denial: 3 AP ability becomes 4 AP (impossible)
- Tempo loss: Enemy gets fewer actions per turn
- Priority target: Disrupt key unit before their turn
