Does not stack - reapplication refreshes duration
Can be maintained with repeated casting

Best Targets

Low Will units: Berserker (0 Will) benefits most
Frontline: Units likely to face enemy casters
Self-buff: Bard can include self in AOE

Mentalist: Reduces Mind Break and psionic attacks

True damage: Burn ignores Will completely
